The hotel had a perfect territory and beach area, suitable for both kids and adults. There were exciting activities like aquapark and lunapark. The food served was diverse and delicious. They offered fish every day, as well as turkey, chicken, beef, and sometimes lamb. The drinks selection included beer, cocktails, and local spirits. The beach had a good pier with an official diving site, making it easy and enjoyable to get into the water.
Nothing to complain about at all.

I recently had a fantastic family vacation at a beachfront resort. the location was perfect, just a short taxi ride away from the city center and a minibus ride to the beach. the hotel had a massive area with plenty of green spaces and beautiful alleys filled with flowers. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the sea. the service was top-notch, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. the resort also had great facilities, including an aquapark and lots of entertainment for both kids and adults.
The language barrier, as most of the guests were Russian and there were some communication issues, especially at the reception.

We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel near Kizilot and were blown away by the luxurious amenities. the exclusive room had a stunning view of the sea, and the pool area was immaculately kept. the restaurant had a diverse selection of dishes catering to all palates, and the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere. the private facilities, including the spa and gym, were also top-notch.
The one minor issue was that the buffet breakfast lacked variety, and the quality of the pastries could have been better.

The hotel had a good location close to the beach and some local shops. the staff were friendly and approachable, always willing to help us during our stay. the christmas decorations were beautiful and made the hotel feel festive and cosy.
The negatives outweighed the positives. the rooms were dated and not very clean, with stained carpets and old furniture.

Good value for money
Just returned from a fantastic family holiday at Pemar Beach Resort. Our 6-year old daughter had the time of her life! The aquapark, luna park, and kids club were all amazing. The service throughout the resort was excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean. While there were a few minor issues, like the timing of room cleaning and some guests being a bit excessive with their food consumption, overall, the experience was fantastic for families with kids. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and affordable vacation. I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a family-friendly holiday spot.

My xmas at this hotel was quite enjoyable. The beach was close by and had plenty of amenities. The food options were diverse and had exceptional quality. the staff was helpful and respectful.
The hotel seemed to cater more towards a specific group and did not offer much diversity for other nationalities. the pool area was overcrowded, making it difficult to relax.
